DeSha Kalmar
Director of Human Resources
DeSha has been the City's Director of Human Resources since 1990 and an employee of the City since 1982. She has her BS in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Reno and her MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She holds the designation of IPMA-Certified Professional. She is a member of the Illinois Public Employer Labor Relations Association (IPELRA) Board and chairs the training committee. DeSha loves to scrapbook and do anything creative and enjoys spending time with her family and dog Boomer.

Amber has been with the City since 2013. She is currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration. She has a million hobbies such as rock climbing, snowboarding, knitting, reading, etc. She is also an animal lover with 2 cats and a dog Jack.

Jamie joined the city in early 2017. She is currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration. She is an animal lover, helps out at local rescues in spare time and loves football, GO EAGLES!
